The FURNACE™ Flat Plate Centre is made of durable vitreous cast iron, and is suitable for centre zone configuration. 

Its raised rim ensures a neat and convenient cooking experience, while its finger access allows for easy changeover. 

Two grease drainage holes are placed at one end to channel away excess fats and oils.
