General
Where can I use my CUBE™?
The CUBE™ can be used at home or on the go. If you are using the CUBE™ on the go, please observe and follow local fire laws. If you use the CUBE™ on a table, it is recommended to place the unit on a stone tile / plate or similar to provide heat protection to the surface.
Can the handles be used to move the CUBE™ while it is in use?
The handles are designed to be ‘cool to touch’ and minimize heat transfer, it is safe to use the handles under normal use. It is best practice to choose a suitable location before cooking. Never grab the outer body during operation as it will be extremely hot, it is recommended to always use heat resistant gloves during the cooking process.
How do I safely dispose of the remaining charcoal & ash?
Once cooled, you can dispose of the used charcoal and ash with a Hot Coal Bin or similar.
Will the CUBE™ work in a cold climate and is there sufficient heat retention?
Yes, however consider the location of the CUBE™ to assist in reducing the impact of the natural elements and further improve the efficiency of your cook.
Can I use the CUBE™ indoors?
No.
Are there any grill accessories available for the CUBE™?
Yes, there is a purpose-built CUBE™ Travel Bag, Roasting Hood & Hibachi Mesh Grill available.

Where should I store the CUBE™ when not in use?
Please ensure the CUBE™ has completely cooled after cooking before storing. It should be stored in an area that is dry and protected from the elements.
It is recommended to use the CUBE™ Travel Bag to store your CUBE™ when not in use.
Can I use phosphoric based cleaning solutions?
Do not use phosphoric based cleaners. It is recommended to use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste, instructions on how to create this paste can be found via our YouTube video HERE.

For the best results, it is recommended to use natural lump charcoal. Please see user manual for the maximum amount of coal to use.
Using fresh charcoal for each new cook is recommended. However, if you wish to reuse charcoal from the previous cook you can do so as this will not affect the unit, please note, used charcoal may retain flavours from the previous cook.
